DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
The Development Review Board holds quasi-judicial hearings on property development proposals. The Board examines all proposals for consistency with the Town's Zoning and/or Subdivision Regulations, either approving or denying each proposal on that basis alone. DRB Application Form The Grand Isle Development Review Board is seeking a town’s person to serve on the board as an alternate, for a year term, beginning immediately. The DRB meets the first and third Wednesday of each month. The board’s duties include: hearing and deciding of appeals, sketch plan reviews and subdivision plats (Section 2.7 of the March 6, 2007 GI Zoning Bylaws).
