VII. Terms and Conditions
The Town of Grand Isle reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive formalities, and select the best solution. All proposals become the property of the Town upon submission. The vendor is responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting the proposal.

Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 pm , Friday, August, 15, 2025

Proposals shall be submitted no later than the above-stated date and time. At that time, they will be publicly acknowledged and accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure that this proposal is in the Town Office of the Town of Grand Isle before the expiration of the time and date above. Any proposal received after the expiration of the time and date will not be considered. The Town of Grand Isle reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, waive technicalities, and make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the vendor’s ability to provide the services as covered by the specification and to accept what is most advantageous.
