The Grand Isle Listers have begun outside inspections for building permits for the 2024-2025 grand list.
As required by law, VSA 32 § 3431(a), Listers shall begin inspections of properties with open building permits or unfinished permits from prior years.
Outside work will be inspected or pictures taken, when needed for the files, by the Grand Isle Listers. The property owners do not need to be there but if you prefer owners can make an appointment.
All interior inspections will be done by appointment only.
