What does this mean?
This means around the Town of Grand Isle you will begin to see in the next coming weeks, blue pinwheels scattered around public locations to raise awareness about child abuse.
The pinwheels for this cause have been purchased by the Town of Grand Isle to show support for a wonderful organization.
